Starting June

Starting June means leaving May- leaving buckets of tears I never knew would fall from my eyes. I am still wishing and hoping that everything that happened this summer was just part of a bad dream. So hopeful and ambitious, I know. Then, reality bites.

I started June right with my friend June's post birthday celebration with boxes of pizza and loads and loads of laughter. I remember just laughing the whole 3-4 hours we're together. These people are my ailment. And I hope to heal with them one day. I know I will, soon.

As always, I'm not in the picture. I was the shutter, the lens, the camera.

You might wonder why my friend, Coleen, is holding a pizza box with notes in them. Those are our friends' names who were not able to come because they're in another country and some left early.
